DOR6 Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 19, 2026 · Last Updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DOR6, including our website, applications, dashboards, artificial-intelligence features, content creation tools, publishing tools, analytics, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
DOR6 is operated by DOR6 - Your AI Social Media Manager (Pinhas Max Maymon), located at Petah Tikva, Israel ("DOR6," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, connecting a third-party social-media account, purchasing or using AI Credits, or otherwise using DOR6, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use DOR6.
If you use DOR6 on behalf of a company, organization, client, brand, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. The DOR6 Service
DOR6 is a hybrid social-media management platform. It may enable users to:
- connect supported social-media accounts using official OAuth or similar authorization mechanisms;
- manage multiple Topics;
- associate the same Social Account with multiple Topics;
- upload their own content;
- manually create and edit content;
- generate or modify content using artificial intelligence;
- generate scripts, titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, images, voice, video, subtitles, thumbnails, and other assets;
- create platform-specific content versions;
- schedule and publish content;
- view available social-media analytics;
- receive AI-generated analytics, recommendations, and Topic Intelligence; and
- manage AI Credits and usage.
Features may vary by plan, region, provider, social network, API availability, and product version. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including due to changes imposed by third-party platforms or AI providers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your DOR6 login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your DOR6 account unless caused directly by a security failure attributable to DOR6.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share credentials in a manner that circumvents account, security, billing, or usage restrictions.
4. Topics
A DOR6 account may contain one or more Topics. A Topic defines the context used for content creation, analytics, and Topic Intelligence. Users may:
- rename a Topic;
- materially change a Topic concept;
- archive a Topic;
- delete a Topic;
- duplicate a Topic; and
- connect supported Social Accounts to a Topic.
The same Social Account may be associated with multiple Topics.
A material Topic concept change may create a new Topic Context Version. Historical content and analytics may remain available for viewing but may no longer be used as learning context for future AI generation.
6. User Control Over Publishing
DOR6 is designed to preserve user control over content publishing.
Unless you have expressly enabled a future feature that provides otherwise, AI-generated content requires user review and approval before publication. Before submission, DOR6 may present:
- the selected destination account;
- content preview;
- title;
- caption;
- description;
- hashtags;
- privacy settings;
- commercial-content disclosures;
- scheduling information; and
- other settings required by the platform.
You are responsible for reviewing the content and settings before publication.
When you click Publish, Schedule, Approve, or another equivalent action, you expressly authorize DOR6 to perform the selected action on your behalf.
7. User Content
"User Content" means content, files, images, videos, audio, trademarks, logos, text, prompts, instructions, product information, and other material that you upload, submit, create, or provide to DOR6.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant DOR6 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, format, render, and distribute User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Service;
- provide features requested by you;
- create AI-assisted content;
- generate platform-specific versions;
- publish content to accounts selected by you;
- provide analytics;
- maintain backups and security; and
- comply with law.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, legal, security, audit, and retention requirements.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents necessary to use the User Content and authorize DOR6 to process it.
8. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
DOR6 uses third-party and/or internal artificial-intelligence technologies to generate and analyze content. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, inappropriate material, factual mistakes, similarity to existing content, or content that requires human review.
DOR6 does not guarantee AI output is:
- factually accurate;
- unique;
- non-infringing;
- suitable for a particular platform;
- legally compliant in every jurisdiction;
- commercially successful; or
- free from third-party claims.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or otherwise using it.
You are responsible for determining whether claims concerning products, health, finance, advertising, promotions, competitions, endorsements, testimonials, or regulated subject matter are lawful and adequately substantiated.
DOR6 may use automated safety controls but does not undertake to detect every legal, regulatory, copyright, trademark, advertising, privacy, or platform-policy issue.
9. User Edits and Hybrid Use
DOR6 may be used entirely manually, partially with AI assistance, or using more extensive AI generation.
Manual activities, including manually writing or editing titles, captions, hashtags, descriptions, schedules, or uploaded content, do not consume AI Credits unless an AI feature is expressly invoked.
You may edit AI output before publication. DOR6 may preserve previous versions for version history, operational recovery, analytics, and audit purposes.
10. Third-Party Platforms
DOR6 is an independent service.
DOR6 is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, approved, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or any other third-party social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, privacy policies, developer policies, community standards, advertising requirements, music and intellectual-property rules, and other applicable policies. You are responsible for complying with those requirements.
DOR6 may disable or limit functionality when necessary to comply with a platform's rules or technical restrictions.
11. YouTube and Google API Services
DOR6 may use YouTube API Services and Google authorization services.
By using DOR6 features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Your use of Google and YouTube functionality is also subject to applicable Google and YouTube policies.
DOR6 will only perform YouTube actions for which the user has provided authorization and, where required, specific consent.
You may revoke DOR6's access to your Google or YouTube account from DOR6 or through Google's security settings.
DOR6 may display YouTube-provided analytics together with DOR6 proprietary insights.
Where required, DOR6-derived information will be identified separately and will only be created or stored to the extent permitted by YouTube API Services policies and applicable approvals.
12. TikTok
TikTok publishing features are intended to enable authentic users and creators to publish content they control to their own authorized TikTok accounts.
DOR6 does not automatically publish content to TikTok without the authorization required by the applicable TikTok integration.
Where required by TikTok, DOR6 may require the user to:
- select TikTok privacy level;
- confirm comment, Duet, and Stitch settings;
- review and edit title or hashtags;
- review the destination TikTok account;
- indicate whether content is commercial or branded;
- accept applicable TikTok music or branded-content requirements; and
- expressly approve the upload.
You are responsible for making accurate commercial-content and branded-content disclosures.
DOR6 will not intentionally add a DOR6 promotional watermark to content submitted through TikTok's Content Posting API where prohibited by TikTok's developer requirements.
13. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram
DOR6 may connect to Meta services, including eligible Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional Accounts, using Meta's official APIs and OAuth authorization mechanisms.
You authorize DOR6 to access only the Meta Pages, Instagram accounts, permissions, insights, publishing capabilities, and related data that you approve.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to manage those Pages or Accounts and that your content complies with applicable Meta terms, Community Standards, advertising policies, branded-content rules, intellectual-property requirements, and other applicable policies.
14. Intellectual Property and Platform Rights
You may not use DOR6 to publish, distribute, generate, reproduce, or modify content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, moral, or other rights.
You are responsible for licenses relating to:
- music;
- sound recordings;
- photographs;
- footage;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- product images;
- actors or models;
- voice likenesses;
- third-party AI assets; and
- other protected material.
Any license supplied by an external AI, stock-media, voice, image, or video provider remains subject to that provider's applicable license terms.
15. Advertising and Commercial Content
You are responsible for identifying when content is advertising, sponsored, affiliate, promotional, branded, or otherwise commercial. You must make all disclosures required by law and by the destination platform.
DOR6 may provide fields or warnings designed to assist with compliance, but such assistance does not replace your responsibility to determine the legal and platform-specific disclosures required for your content.
16. AI Credits
Certain AI features require DOR6 Credits ("Credits"). Credits are an internal Service usage unit and are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, or a bank deposit. Credits:
- may be purchased or granted;
- may be consumed fractionally to one decimal place;
- are generally non-transferable; and
- have no cash redemption value except where required by law.
Before a significant AI operation, DOR6 may display an estimated cost and maximum Credit reservation. DOR6 may reserve Credits before initiating a generation.
The final Credit charge may be based on actual provider usage and the applicable DOR6 pricing configuration. DOR6's current pricing methodology may use actual provider cost multiplied by a pricing factor. Pricing factors and Credit values may change prospectively. Historical transactions remain recorded according to the pricing version applicable at the time of the transaction.
17. Insufficient and Low Credits
You may interact with AI functionality even if your Credit balance is low. If you have enough Credits to execute an operation but your remaining balance is below a configured threshold, DOR6 may display a low-Credit warning.
If available Credits are insufficient to cover the maximum required reservation, the operation will not begin and DOR6 may invite you to purchase or add Credits.
18. Failed AI Operations
AI and media providers may fail, time out, reject requests, become unavailable, or return unusable content. DOR6 may retry a failed operation subject to configured retry limits and cost ceilings.
Where technically possible, DOR6 may retry only the failed generation step rather than regenerating the entire content item.
Whether Credits are restored, released, or charged following a failure depends on whether provider costs were incurred and on the applicable refund or settlement policy, subject to mandatory consumer law.
19. Payments
If DOR6 offers paid Credits, subscriptions, or other paid services, you agree to pay the displayed price and applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, purchases are final and non-refundable.
We may change future prices upon notice or by displaying the new price before purchase or AI execution.
20. Prohibited Uses
You may not use DOR6 to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- violate third-party platform rules;
- impersonate another person or business;
- access an account without authorization;
- publish content without required rights;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- engage in fraud, deception, spam, artificial engagement, platform manipulation, or unauthorized automation;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against others;
- generate or publish unlawful content;
- bypass platform, security, Credit, rate, permission, or usage restrictions;
- probe or attack DOR6 infrastructure;
- reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law; or
- use DOR6 to create a competing service through systematic extraction of proprietary software, workflows, prompts, or non-public data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
21. DOR6 Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, DOR6 owns or licenses the Service, including its software, designs, workflows, databases, user interface, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of DOR6 intellectual property to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
22. Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback, you grant DOR6 the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not grant DOR6 ownership of your User Content or personal information.
23. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data is described in the DOR6 Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, media-generation, analytics, payment, security, and other service providers necessary to operate DOR6.
24. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by:
- third-party API changes;
- social-network outages;
- API quotas;
- AI-provider outages;
- revoked platform access;
- model changes;
- authentication expiration;
- hosting failures;
- maintenance;
- security incidents; or
- legal or regulatory requirements.
DOR6 is not responsible for the continued availability of any third-party platform, API, feature, or permission.
25. Analytics and Recommendations
Analytics provided by DOR6 may depend on information supplied by third-party platforms.
Definitions such as "view," "reach," "engagement," "follower," or "retention" may differ among platforms.
DOR6 may calculate internal insights or performance indicators where permitted, but such information is informational and does not guarantee future results.
AI recommendations are not professional financial, legal, medical, advertising, or investment advice.
26. No Guarantee of Results
DOR6 does not guarantee: views; followers; subscribers; engagement; leads; sales; virality; platform ranking; account growth; monetization; or algorithmic distribution.
Social-media outcomes depend on factors outside DOR6's control.
27. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- violation of Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- security risk;
- payment fraud;
- abuse;
- platform-policy violations;
- misuse of third-party APIs;
- regulatory requirements; or
- repeated attempts to bypass system restrictions.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using DOR6 at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOR6 is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results to the extent such warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOR6 and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or lost social-media opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOR6's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: 1. the amount you paid to DOR6 during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or 2. USD $100. The above limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
30. User Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use DOR6 for business or commercial purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOR6 and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:
- your User Content;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- your unauthorized use of a Social Account;
- your violation of applicable platform policies;
- your unlawful advertising or commercial claims; or
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This section does not require indemnification for claims caused by DOR6's own unlawful conduct to the extent liability cannot legally be shifted.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional law that provides otherwise, the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security requirements, pricing, or third-party platform obligations. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance, we will request it.
33. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order or plan terms, constitute the agreement between you and DOR6 concerning the Service.
